International arrivals at Terminal 4

1. Land

Welcome to September Sands Merzoian Airport! Once you leave your aircraft, follow the signs to Immigration / Baggage Claim.

2. Immigration

Have your passport ready to present to an ePassport+ gate. Follow the signs to "ePassport+" and follow the instructions on the screen.

If your passport is not an ePassport+ passport, you will need to be manually processed by an immigration officer. Follow the signs to "Families and Classical Passports" and follow the immigration officer's instructions.

After immigration procedures are complete, you have officially entered TAY.

3. Baggage Claim

Collect your bags from the baggage claim belt for your flight. You can find which belt your flight has been assigned to by looking at the information screens around the Baggage Claim area.

4. Customs

If you have anything to declare to Customs, proceed through the red channel, and a member of the Customs department will assist you. If you have nothing to declare, proceed through the green channel.

Spot checks are carried out on all travellers, so if a member of the Customs department stops you, please follow their instructions.

If you are carrying more than $100 000 BND through the border, you must declare this to Customs and fill out a cash movement declaration form.

5. Arrival Hall

Proceed to the arrival hall. If you are expecting to be met by someone, they will be waiting for you at the arrival hall.

If you are not expecting anyone, further transport options can be found at the arrival hall, as well as information desks to guide you around.

Shops and restaurants are also available in the arrival hall in case you wish to purchase anything or have a bite after your flight.
